- Provided overall church leadership while the Senior Minister was on intermission in early 2020 and throughout the Jan 2021 - Jun 2023 vacancy.
- Designed and planned sermon series, developed preaching gifts among the pastoral staff, scheduled guest preachers, and regularly offered engaging sermons that edified the congregation and supported the church's mission.
- Offered pastoral care to an intercultural and intergenerational congregation, establishing deep relationships of trust.
